Cranbury Arts Council Camp 2019
Online registration: Online registration will begin February 6th at 7:00 p.m..
Registration will be completed through CampDoc.com, and payments by credit card or electronic check will be processed by Docnetwork LLC. Full registration instructions are available here.
For security purposes, CampDoc’s registration program uses current and major-release versions of most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari). Older versions of these browsers, and Internet Explorer, may not work. For more information, you may visit CampDoc’s browser page.
Both full and partial payments are accepted through June 1.
Payment plan: A new payment plan is available this year, at no cost, which will allow families to set up payments on their choice of schedule. The payment plan option can be selected during the registration process.
Registrations can be held with a $50 deposit per camp, plus the membership fee if applicable. The balance of tuition will be due by May 31st. Registrations not fully paid on June 1st will be cancelled, unless alternative arrangements have been made. A $25 per camp cancellation fee will be charged for all cancelled registrations.
After June 1st, tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration unless alternate arrangements are made.
Registration deadline: The regular registration deadline is May 31. A one-time fee of $25 per camper will be charged for late enrollment and for the registration of additional camps after that date. Registrations for open camps are accepted up through the first day of each camp.
Cancellation, refunds, and camp changes
Registrations canceled before 6/1 will receive a 100% refund, less a $25 per camp cancellation fee.
Registrations canceled between 6/1 and 7/1 will receive a 50% refund, less a $25 per camp cancellation fee.
No refunds will be given after 7/1. Refunds of tuition for a documented emergency or unavoidable change of circumstances (e.g. serious medical issue, job relocation) may be given at our discretion.
Camps may be switched if needed up through 7/1, as long as space is available. To avoid incurring cancellation fees, registration in the new camp(s) must be completed within 7 days of submission of a cancellation request for the original camp(s).
If CAC cancels a camp, a full refund will be given if no suitable alternative camp is available.
Membership discounts: A 10% discount is given to CAC members. Family memberships are $50, and run January 1st to December 31st each year. A membership fee paid with one child’s registration during the registration process entitles you to the discount for all children in the family, using the discount code provided during registration. Memberships are non-refundable.
Before-camp care, after-camp care, and lunch care: Extended-day care is available at the following times:
Before-camp care: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. ($50/week)
After-camp care: 3:00 - 4:00 p.m. ($50/week)
(BYO) Lunch program (for half-day campers only; lunch supervision is included for full-day campers): 11:30-12:30 ($50 per week).
(BYO) Lunch program for Cranbury School ESY and Summer Academy: 11:30-12:30 ($50 per week). Children do not have to register for a camp to spend lunch and recess with us.
Before-camp care for Recreation Camp campers: 8:00-8:30 a.m. ($25/week)
After-camp care for Recreation Camp campers: 3:00-4:00 p.m. ($50/week)
These options are available during registration.
Wait lists: Wait lists will be automatically generated during the registration process if a camp fills. You may also contact us to have your child placed on a waiting list. If an opening becomes available, the space will be offered to wait-listed children in the order received.
Scholarships: Full and partial need-based scholarships are available on request. Please contact Joann Charwin at email@example.com for more information. To request a scholarship, please complete the scholarship request form. Scholarships must be requested before beginning the registration process.
