Fall Musical Theater Program  2020

Join us this fall for a one-of-a-kind musical that will be rehearsed and performed remotely!  This first-of-its-kind musical tells the story of a group of passionate students desperate to keep their annual musical alive...online!

The fall musical is open to children in grades 3-8.  The cast is limited to 20 participants.

Rehearsals will be held through Zoom twice a week.

Group A (10 kids) will rehearse Mondays from 7:00-8:30pm

Group B (10 kids) will rehearse Wednesdays from 7:00-8:30pm.

All cast members will rehearse through Zoom on Saturdays from 10:00-11:30am.

Rehearsals will begin Monday, October 12, 2020 and will end Saturday, November 21, 2020.

Rehearsals will be structured to keep students engaged - including theatre and improv games, video recording techniques, and some special guest performances!

Online auditions will be held Saturday, October 3, 2020 from 10:00-12:00pm.

Participants will be given a short time slot for their audition during that time period.  Prior to the audition, students will need to submit a 1 minute recording of themselves singing an upbeat song from any musical they choose (a capella is fine). The live portion of the audition will be used to read selections from the script which will be sent by email prior to the audition date. More detailed information about the auditions (including song suggestions) will be sent to the cast members after registration. All cast members will have a part in the show!

The final performance will be broadcast Saturday, December 5, 2020 at 7:00pm!

All family members, friends, and cast members will be able to watch the recorded performance together online!

The cost is $175 per participant.

Payment is due at the time of registration (through PayPal).

The registration link below will open at 10:00am on Saturday, September 26, 2020.

A full refund minus a $25.00 processing fee will be given for all cancellation requests before October 2, 2020. No refunds will be given after October 2, 2020.
